Why can't my sixpack be seen?
Do you sit up every day? Is your sixpack visible? Do you ever question why it is so hard to get six pack? Bryan is a fitness practitioner, he already gets big chest, nice arm, but he had one problem, he failed to get sixpack abs. He said that he always trains his abs every time he gets to the gym. He does crunch, sit-up, leg raises, but still he failed to get six-pack. Basically, the abs exercise will stimulate the abdominal to get bigger, just like the other muscles at the body. Anatomically, everybody already has six-pack abs under the skin. So why is it not visible?? It is because the six-pack is covered by the fat and water layer which exist between the muscle and skin. So the greater fat concentration you have, the harder to get a sixpack. What should I do so it can be seen? Six-pack can be seen well if a man has fat concentration not more than 10% and for woman not more than 17 %. To make it visible, we need to burn the fat layer between the skin and the abdominal. The thinner the fat layer under the skin, the more visible your six-pack is. So, to control the fat layer, you also have to control the food you eat beside doing some exercise. You have to get diet. To get a perfect six-pack must be followed by a strict diet. You won’t get a six-pack as long you can’t control the food you eat even if you had a 200 crunch a day. So Just remember , “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”! |
